7 Days Romantic Ssese Island Honeymoon Escape

Day 1: pick up from the lodge and transfer to the ferry point in Entebbe;

After lazily day in Entebbe at 7 am our driver will pick you up from your lodge and transfer to Entebbe where you will have a city tour and visit to the Zoo after that have lunch and transfer to Nakiwogo landing site to board the ferry that departs at 2 pm and arriving in Ssese islands at 5 pm upon arrival you will be picked up by the lodge from the landing site and transfer to the lodge for overnight.

Day 2: exploring Ssese islands of Lake Victoria;

On the second day of your 7 Days Ssese Island safari, start your day with beautiful view of white sand of Ssese Island and take hot cup of coffee. After breakfast our guide will take you for guided nature walk in the forest of Lutoboka central forest Reserve for birding watching and trekking monkeys. Lutoboka central reserve was gazette around 1948 and the forest is seated on 378 hectares of land. The forest is home to over 300 bird species and it best for tourists who are bird lovers. Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation, Have fun on the white sand of Ssese island, you can desire to swim, play volley ball, have boat ride or you can order lunch from the beach.

Day 3: Exploring Ssese islands with a canoe ride, palm plantation visit and community visit;

On the third  day of your 7 Days Ssese Island safari, start your day with beautiful view of white sand of Ssese Island and take hot cup of coffee. After breakfast our guide will take you for guided canoe ride and this and interesting activity for couples, after head for the palm plantations and processing plant and after return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. In the evening you will have a community tour to explore the culture of the people that live on the islands and later return to the lodge for a candle light dinner and overstay.

Day4; Cruise to Virgin Island;

Rise and shine our esteemed guests, a beautiful morning and sweet melodies made by the different bird species on the island mark the beginning of the new day, have breakfast and later on take a boat cruise to explore the virgin island one of the islands that makes up Kalangala. Have fun from the white sand of Ssese island, you can desire to swim, play volley ball, bicycle rental, bird watching, walks to the shore of Lake Victoria,hiking,cave visit after that have lunch and later on have cruise back to the lodge for relaxation.

Day 5: Leisure in Ssese islands;

You will take this day enjoying and relaxing at the lodge with an island cycling trip through the forested parts of the island and optional activities like sport fishing can be arranged, have lunch at the lodge and later on relax by the pool side or have a body massage as we prepare for a mouthwatering dinner.

  Day 6: Explore the island with rejuvenating activities like quad biking and canoeing;

You will spend the relaxing and enjoying the white sand beaches of Ssese islands and engage in activities like quad biking, couple canoeing that will give you a great experience after you will head back to the lodge for lunch and relaxation at the lodge pool side. You will also enjoy a candle dinner at the shores of Lake Victoria.

Day 7: Return to Entebbe;

After your memorable stay at the Ssese islands you will bid farewell to the lodge and transfer to the ferry point to take a ferry back to Entebbe and upon arrival at the landing site in Entebbe our drive will receive you and transfer you to your final destination( Kampala or Entebbe), End of safari.
